It has come to our attention through some long term and devoted customers that there are some auto generated spam type reviews on M-Tech Laptops. To the best of our knowledge these are from one of our competitors and doesn't not in any way relate to the actual feeling that real M-Tech customers have about their M-Tech laptop ands their feeling about M-Tech laptops and a company. Every customer should realize that as awesome as the internet is, there is no way to stop the placement of lies and slander. While we would like to be able to stop our competition from planting these lies we also feel that it would hinder the freedom of information exchange we all enjoy. So please know that these short one sentence statements that are cropping up are nothing but negative spam against M-Tech by vendors who would rather spend there time hurting us rather than helping their own customer. For true information that is reviewed for accuracy, please always visit your BBB website for your region. Side note, M-Tech has the highest A+ rating with BBB. The BBB does not place any negative comment on a business until it makes sure it is reasonable and not someone trying to extort money from the business or a competitors trying to steal customers. While we appreciate the effort of some third party review sites, you should always keep in mind that none of them interview the person placing the complaint to find out if he or she really has a reasonable complaint. Anybody can make up anything they want and use that well meaning site to propagate the lies. Always use your BBB.
This however is also a good time to re-state our devotion to your happiness as a M-Tech customer. We wont say that we are perfect but we can say that as long as the customer is not being unreasonable, we have never let a customer stay disappointed. Even if the fault is the customers, we do everything possible to make it right. There will always be someone who doesn't want it made right. It is hard to imagine to most of you but they exist. These customer cannot and do not want to be happy. Fortunately we have very few of those. We are very proud that out of 20,000 laptop owners maybe only two or three are disappointed. Ands of those we feel they have no real justification for there disappointed.
Our promise and always has been. of you ever have true cause for complaint, we will make it right. Just give us the chance. This company is run by people, not machines or computers. You are a person, not a number to us. When you have people running things you can get errors at times. Very few errors but still, IT CAN HAPPEN. However, the nice thing is that since we are people , we also care about people. Unlike a huge mass marketer of laptops, we get disappointed if you are not happy. We doubt very much that if HP customer Joe Smith has a problem and is upset, that HP sends bulletins to every person in their employ saying out of our thousands of customer, "Joe Smith is upset". Very unlikely that even a single person their evens knows , much less cares. However, at M-Tech, if you are ever unhappy, people in every department will know your name. You will be a housel hold name to us here until we can satisfy you. We care that much.
